We were satisfied with our stay in the hotel. The rooms and sanitary facilities were neat and it was quiet. The breakfast was ok.
However, we were a bit disappointed with the parking options. On the website it was clearly stated that there was a parking lot. Upon arrival it turned out that it was no longer accessible after 10 pm. When booking our reservation, however, we clearly stated that we would only arrive after 10 pm. We see a missed opportunity here. An extra element with the code of the car park can perfectly be added to the e-mail with the room number and code or with the reservation e-mail.
Or additional information should be provided regarding the parking and its use or reservation. This can also be done via the email of the booking.
Great location but kind of noisy from the road. There was an air conditioner but the fan blew all cold air right on us in bed and we had to turn it off and open window instead but then there was the noise from the street. Not possible to get baby beds for our small child so she had to stay between us and the bed was very small, not a good solution. The cleaning wasn’t very good either since the carpet was dirty when we got there. There was no parking places available and they couldn’t let us in to drop off our luggage so we had to park far away and carry all the luggage plus two children. I would definitely have chosen another hotel if I knew this.
The beds were nice and comfy.
I’m not exactly overwhelmed and not very happy about the staffs hospitality when they told us there weren’t any parkingplaces. I would choose another hotel.
I really enjoyed our stay here. I travelled with my partner, our baby, and our large dog. The room was clean and well-aired. It was quiet and calm at night. The tram was a 1 min walk, and took you to the main train station and another station that took you to Warnemünde.
The only negatives were there wasn't a kettle in the room for our baby bottles, and they couldn't provide a crib.
Nice hotel, well located and easy to find. Clean room with air condition. Good value for the money.
The Hotel is in a peaceful locality, yet very much accessible by public transport. The service and cleanliness was up to the mark. We would highly recommend a stay here while in Rostock
Very good, brand new building, just parking comparatively expensive. Little different from other B&B I stayed in before, more upmarket.
The hotel room was nice and big but unfortunately the ladder for the bunk bed was a bit painful to use. Our daughter complained everytime she was trying to climb up without wearing house shoes. Overall cleanliness was good, but we noticed some dust in the corners and bathroom.
Excellent service! Nice clean room, good breakfast and a very friendly service minded staff! Overall, a really good experience, which is certainly worthy of a fine recommendation to anyone, who wants to visit and stay in Rostock, for one or more days. Besides; close to waterfront with small and cozy cafés, and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping as well.
